Commodore Pradeep Kumar Panda VSM(Retd) is Indian Naval aviation professional with over 3 decades of rich experience in Project Management, Operations & Maintenance and General Management in the domain of aviation, conceptualizing and effectuating measures / modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resource and manpower utilization. He has an expertise in maintenance procedures to enhance availability with good maintainability. He is highly proficient in handling asset management tasks including huge buildings, aircraft hangars, aero engine maintenance hangars, firefighting equipment, etc.

He has served as the CEO of Krasny Corporate and Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. His arena of work mainly included business development efforts in creation of the Company’s business plan, Liaised with Integration Headquarters Ministry of Defence (IHQ-MoD) on critical service tenders. He was also responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s business plan.

He has served various posts in Indian Navy such as Principal Director – Naval Headquarters, Chief Staff Officer (Technical) Headquarters Naval Aviation, and Head of Fleet Maintenance Unit of the Fleet of Eastern Naval command, Superintendent – Aircraft Repair Yard, Senior Staff Officer – Headquarters Naval Aviation and Chief Electrical / Avionics officer of the Air Station
